I was gifted this old battered crappy looking stool by a friend
who is a master woodworker. He had it in his shop for like 20
years or something, and never got around to fixing the top half
of the highchair.
He said, "if you think you can do something with it...take it!"
So, I did.
What I found was that it had very sexy curved legs, and the oak
was at least a hundred years old when it was cut down in the
late 1800's. I sanded and cleaned it up, and went to work on it.
BAD! Kitty Style.
It is a very strong stool, I used recycled 3/4" plywood for a seat,
cut to the curvy shape of the chair bottom. Then I found this
incredible FAKE mink fur, it's so wonderful and soft, and FAKE!
The stool is painted in an iridescent indego/purple with silver
and black touches. Very sexy for an old baby highchair huh?
Every Grrrl Needs a minky stool, didn't you know?

thinks I made it just for her so I have to keep it hidden or she
will sleep on it all day...What a BAD! Kitty :)
