This painting reminded me of being a girl in Florida and watching the birds. I love the way the sunset color is staining the water and the neck of this magnificent bird. The shiny spots in the picture are just wet paint…it’ll all be seamless when it’s dry, which might take a few days with all this rain. It’s a bright painting, but not overly bright.
